About
I received Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru University India. In M.Sc. I was awarded the grade maintenance research fellowship and submitted dissertation on lipogenic compounds involved in glucose metabolism. After qualified for junior research fellowship (JRF) and joint all India level examination in Life Sciences, I entered the research track of Doctoral degree in cancer biology at School of Biotechnology JNU. At present, I am a research fellow at Dr. Tsao’s melanoma group at Wellman Center for Photomedicine. I am keen on deciphering the molecular mechanisms involved in the growth and development of melanoma, prostate and breast cancer
