About
I am a highly motivated and proactive materials scientist with over 9 years of research and practical experience in advanced materials science and engineering. My expertise spans thin film fabrication (Electron Beam Deposition, DC & RF Magnetron Sputtering, Thermal Evaporation, Sol-Gel Processing), nanostructured functional and semiconducting materials, and nanofabrication.
I have worked extensively on Mott materials, 2D materials, phase-change materials, smart materials, and resistive switching systems, with a strong focus on their applications in electronic, optoelectronic, and neuromorphic memory/storage devices. My research integrates structural, electronic, and functional characterization to bridge the gap between fundamental science and next-generation device applications.
Driven by curiosity and innovation, I thrive in challenging and dynamic environments that demand both technical excellence and creative problem-solving. With hands-on knowledge of modern research techniques and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration, I aim to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in materials for energy, electronics, and information technology.
