About
I graduated in General Chemistry (2008) from Scott Christian College, Nagercoil, Then I moved to The American College, Madurai, where I completed my post graduate (2010) in General Chemistry. Afterwards I finished my M.Phil (2011) in Madurai Kamaraj University, and cleared State Level Eligibility Test (SLET-2012). Meanwhile I joined as JRF in 2012 from UGC-BSR Meritorious scheme funded by UGC and then upgraded in 2014 as SRF in same university. Then I have submitted my PhD in Chemistry on "SYNTHESIS AND STUDIES OF NOVEL HETEROCYCLES " under the joint supervision of Dr. R. Ranjith Kumar and Prof. S. Sivakolunthu. My doctoral research works were engaged with synthesis of some biologically interesting heterocycles through greener protocols like tandem/domino/multicomponent reactions, synthesis of mixed ligand metal complexes and chemosensors. After my Phd thesis submission I am worked as a Assistant Professor in Lady Doak College Madurai in 2016. My current research interest is on Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Green chemistry, Synthesis of Metal Complexes and Chemosensor. Currently I am looking for teaching position near to my native.
