About

My group is mainly focusing on regeneration & stem cell biology using the earthworm as model system for last five years and we have found the the location of stem cell niche and have characterized the stem cells in the earthworm. To push the research in the molecular level, we have completed the transcriptome of a earthworm and now, our group is annotating the mRNAs. Our aim is to study the in vivo adult stem cells checkpoint systems.
