Sayanta Chowdhury is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, South Asian University (SAU). His research focuses on technical aspects of multi-label learning.

He completed his M.Sc. in Computer Science at SAU and has been an active member of the Machine Learning and Statistical Inference (MLSI) Lab since 2022. He earned his B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh Army International University of Science and Technology, Cumilla Cantonment.

Sayanta was awarded the SAARC Silver Jubilee Scholarship for two years, funded by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, to support his M.Sc. studies.
