My professional career is ingrained in demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skill through a commitment to the advancement of a collegial and supportive working environment. Having worked in India as well as the Middle East in the Sultanate of Oman as a Media studies and communication faculty, I have demonstrated abilities to effectively interact with students and staff whilst maintaining cross-cultural sensitivity.
In my academic endeavors, I have developed strong ability to design interactive rigorous, challenging and engaging teaching methodology using the most innovative tools and strategies. My analytical teaching approaches take into consideration the psychological, leadership and research based aspect of learning. Besides, I have been on different positions of responsibility which includes academic as well as academic administration related activities i.e. System Wide Coordinator, Head of Media Department, Active member research office, Coordinator of Doctoral Program.
I have been able to prove myself to the entire satisfaction of my supervisor. I believe that the post of a tutor or an academic administrator requires a lot of planning, diagnosis, remedial work, guidance sessions, patience and proper execution
