Dr. Prashant Sharma is an Associate Professor currently working in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Career Point University, M.Tech. from Rajasthan Technical University, and a B.E. from the University of Rajasthan. With over 14 years of academic experience, including 6 years post-PhD, Dr. Sharma has supervised the completion of 7 Ph.D. Scholars.
He has an impressive portfolio of research, with 18 International Journal Papers (ESCI: 07, SCOPUS: 13) and 19 Scopus-indexed international conference papers published, as well as innumerable patents. Dr. Sharma has guided numerous M.Tech. Students and has played pivotal roles in organizing workshops, conferences, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). His research interests focus on nature-inspired algorithms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Dr. Sharma has significantly contributed to academia through teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities.
