About
Dr. Manoj Kumar is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Delhi, with over 23 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. His research interests include VLSI and integrated circuit design, low-power CMOS systems, analog and mixed-signal circuits, emerging semiconductor devices, and microelectronics for communication and IoT applications. He has successfully supervised 9 Ph.D. scholars, with 7 currently pursuing doctoral research under his guidance, and has guided more than 70 M.Tech. theses. He is currently guiding one Post-Doctoral Fellow. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). He is also a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Computer Society of India (CSI), and Semiconductor Society of India (SSI).
