Dr. Kavita Kachroo is the Deputy Director at Kalam Institute of Health Technology, a project of Department of Biotechnology, Government of India with 12 years of experience. Kalam Institute of Health Technology (KIHT) is a Government of India funded health technology policy institute, which aims to facilitate focused research on critical components pertaining to medical devices and drugs by supporting institutions involved with R&D, industry, policy makers and knowledge repositories. It is also a WHO-Collaborating Centre for Health Innovation.
