Dr. Rachana Jaiswal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi.
She is currently serving as Editorial board member of Quality Assurance in Education (Scopus, WoS) and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications (Scopus, WoS).
Dr Jaiswal has an extensive research portfolio, comprising over 40 published research articles in reputable journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC Care, as well as 30 book chapters spanning various areas of management. She has also presented more than 70 papers at national and international conferences and has been recognized with multiple Best Paper Awards at prestigious forums. She serves as a reviewer for several top-ranked journals, including Management Decision, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Education, and is a member of the editorial board of Quality Assurance in Education (Scopus, WoS).
In recognition of her innovative research, she has been granted a patent for a passengers’ boarding and deboarding safety device (Intellectual Property India, Government of India).
