Dr. Shalin Marathe is an academician and researcher specializing in advanced manufacturing and materials processing. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Temporary) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He holds a Ph.D. from SVNIT Surat. His core research interests include Friction Stir Welding (FSW), Single Point Incremental Forming (SPIF), Additive Friction Stir Deposition (AFSD), and the formability of Tailor Welded Blanks.
