Dr. Monalisa Mohanty is having 14 years of teeaching and research experimence at Post Graduation level and served at various institutes like Utkal University, Regional Institute of Education, NCERT, Qualified OPSC (Orissa Public Service Commission) joined as OES-Group-A in Department of Higher Education, Govt. Of Odisha. I am presently working as Assistant Professor of Biotechnology, Rama Devi Women's University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. My current research is on the subject area of bioremediation technology with special reference to Phytoremediation technology. I have also research interest in Bioactive compounds from plants and their role as therapeutic agents. Phytochemistry, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Sustainable Development, Environmental Biotechnology, environmental Stress management, Heavy metal stress impacts etc.
