About

In 2018, I completed my doctoral studies at CSIR-CLRI, a national research institute affiliated with the University of Madras. My research during graduate studies centered on the development of innovative organic functional materials with Aggregation-Induced Emission (AIE) properties, specifically for applications in optoelectronics and biomedical, particularly within the domain of white Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs). My overarching aim is to contribute to the progress of optoelectronic and biomedical devices, striving to create impactful technological solutions for the betterment of society. As the recipient of the SERB-NPDF in 2017, I collaborated with Prof. Edamana Prasad’s research group. Subsequently, I undertook postdoctoral research at UNCG-USA and IISc Bangalore. I concentrated on advancing luminophores like TADF, MR-TADF, and Hyper-fluorescence, with the main goal of improving OLED efficiency and exploring applications in sensing and biomedicine. From 2021 to 2023, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Kyung Hee University in Seoul, South Korea, under the guidance of Prof. Min Chul Suh and Prof. Jae Woong Jung. During this time, my focus was on advancing TADF, MR-TADF, and perovskite materials for developing efficient displays and applications in solar cells. Currently, I am honored to be an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Kattankulathur, India, where I continue my research pursuits.
