About

I have extensive academic and professional experience and currently serve as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Shoolini University, India. My teaching and research expertise spans Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Industrial Relations, and various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. With over 15 years of experience in academia, I have held positions at institutions such as Lovely Professional University, Uttaranchal University, and the Central University of Himachal Pradesh.

My technical proficiency includes advanced tools like Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), SPSS, R Programming, and Microsoft Power BI. I have supervised more than 50 Master's level projects, published numerous research papers in prestigious journals, and authored several book chapters. Additionally, my contributions to the field are recognized through patents and copyrights related to e-training and workforce agility, among others.

Some of my notable achievements include receiving the Best Paper Award at an international conference and guiding PhD scholars. I actively participate in workshops and FDPs, often contributing as a resource person. My academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from HP University Shimla, and I am certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

I have also served as a Member of the Board of Studies at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Shoolini University (2024, 2025) and the Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University (2022, 2023).

I have published 50+ research articles in various national and international journals and published 2 authored and 6 edited books with Emerald Publishing Ltd. and IGI Global.
