About
Dr. Biplab De is currently working as Professor at Regional Institute of Pharma-ceutical Science and Technology (RIPSAT), Government of Tripura, Agartala, Tripura, India. He holds Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Dibrugarh University, Assam, 1994, topper in final exam.), Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty, 1997, topper) and PhD in Pharmacy (Ja-davpur University, Kolkata, 2006). With a teaching experience of over 25 years, he authored / delivered invitee lecture / presented more than 190 research and review papers in reputed journals, proceedings, reference books and national – international conferences. He has also authored 7 books. Dr. De were awarded and apprised for his research works in differ-ent levels including ‘Bharat Excellence Award’, ‘Dr. R.L. Nicore Award’ and has received reward from J. For. Res.(China), 105th Indian Science Congress. His name is also recognized and included in several bibliography published by national and international agencies. He became President of Tripura State Pharmacy council, Tripura, India and also was recognized as Reviewer/Member of Editorial board/Editor of different national and international journals. He is also life member of different professional bodies in India. He guided / is guiding a number of students in graduate, post graduate, M. Phil and Ph.D. level.
