Anupreet Kaur Sobti is a dedicated and passionate young researcher in the field of Foods and Nutrition, currently pursuing a doctoral degree with a focus on public health nutrition and clinical aspects of foods and nutrition. Hailing from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India, Anupreet holds a Bachelor's degree in Home Science with a specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a Master's degree in Foods and Nutrition. She proudly holds a gold medal during her graduation as well as postgraduation.

During the course of the Master's program, she delved into the critical area of Infant and Young Child Feeding practices, contributing significantly to the body of knowledge in the field. This initial research laid the foundation for a broader exploration of the complex relationships between nutrition, health, and disease, which has become the focal point of her ongoing doctoral research.

She has also actively engaged with the scientific community through extensive participation in national and international conferences. Their commitment and excellence in research have been acknowledged with prestigious awards for presentations and research contributions at multiple conferences. These accolades underscore her dedication to advancing knowledge in the field.
