2013 - 2019 - Post-Doc research position at the Centro de Química Estrutural - IST, Instituto de Tecnologia Química e Biologica - ITQB and CIQUP, to explore nanostructuration in ionic liquids based in the trends shift of several thermophysical properties in pure Ionic Liquids and Ionic Liquid mixtures with molecular solvents.
2012 - Post-Doc position at the Centro de Biomedicina Molecular e Estrutural - University of Algarve (Sept. - Dec. 2012) in where was involved in the development and test of a new Quartz Crystal Microbalance with simultaneously Heat Conduction Calorimetry, with Professor Rui M. Borges dos Santos.
2006-2012 - Post-Doc Researcher position at the University of Porto, where she initiates as independent researcher. Since then she has been an active member of FCT R&D projects, R&D work and activities of Centro de Investigação em Química da Universidade do Porto (CIQUP), as well as, in the guidance of several Bachelor, Master and PhD students in collaboration with others Principal Investigators, resulting in the publication of 12 papers.
2006- PhD degree in Chemistry, under the supervision of Prof Manuel AV Ribeiro da Silva, by the Faculty of Science of the University of Porto (FCUP), in the field of Physical Chemistry, exploring the topic of Thermodynamics and Energetic Study of Halogenated Anilines.
2001- Graduated in Chemistry by the Faculty of Science of the University of Porto (FCUP), with a final mark of 14 values (out of 20), where she was awarded with the Academic Award "Mendonça Monteiro", attributed to the best student in Physical Chemistry at FCUP.
