Dr. M.V. Narendra Kumar Talluri is presently working as Director. Analytical Research & Development (Knowledge Management) & Tech Support (SEA) at Daicel Chiral Technologies India, Hyderabad. Previous positions held by him include Asst Professor & HOD, department of Pharmaceutical Analysis and In Charge LC-MS at NIPER, Hyderabad (2009-2020), Associate Scientific Manager at Biocon-BMS R&D during 2008-2009 . He has a broad pharmaceutical experience in analytical activities in drug discovery, development and quality control, such as method development, specification design, regulatory documentation, etc. He received PhD degree from Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad. He has published 90 (research articles in peer reviewed international journals, invited articles, presentations in scientific conferences, book/ book chapters) articles in his credit. He successfully supervised 50 MS (Pharm) students and 4 PhD Schloars for their research project works and presently guiding 5 MS and 4 PhD scholars. He is recipient of CSIR-Research fellowship, Institution of Chemists Associateship awards. He has been in the EditorialAdvisoryBoard of Pharmaceutical science/analysis journals. He is member of scientific societies-Royal Society of Chemistry (London), Asian Council of Science Editors. Science direct declared 4 times one of his article published in journal of pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis was among “Top 25 hottest articles”. The Indian Drug Manufacturer’s Association conferred prestigious “Young Pharmaceutical Analyst Award 2011” for his outstanding research contribution in the field of Pharmaceutical Analysis and elected as Associate Fellow of A.P. Akademi of sciences for 2014. Best Research Scientist Award from NIPER in 2016. Bharat Vikas Award 2017 for contribution in the field of standardization of herbal and ayurvedic drugs from Institute of Self Reliance. Journal of Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Analysis (Journal of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists) recognized by the JPBA Quality Award2017 for the outstanding contributions in reviewing and contributions made to the quality of the journal and Received Best Professor in pharmaceutical Analysis subject by 27th Business school Affaire & Dewang Mehta National Educational Awards 2019. He was trained OECD-GLP Inspector. He visited countries like USA for attending scientific conferences and to deliver invited talks.
