I am Dr. Showkat Ahmad Dar from Kachiwara, Handwara, District Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir, India, son of Ali Mohd Dar. I have completed my PhD in Social Science from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, with a focus on the role of mobile governance in public service delivery, and I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. My research interests include e-governance, technology in administration, public policy, cybercrime, and human rights, and I am passionate about exploring new ideas and advancing knowledge in these areas.
