AB Volvo, Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology
About
I have finished BE in Electrical Engineering in 2010 and obtained Masters in Instrumentation in 2012. I received my PhD degree from IIT Kharagpur in February 2020. I worked in Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited (MEML), Bengaluru, India as a data scientist in Energy Systems department from July 2019 to June 2022 after submitting my PhD thesis.
In MEML my primary focus was in development of novel data-driven solutions using data analytics and machine learning, especially deep learning algorithms to improve the performance of BMS of electric vehicles. My proposed solutions were used to design frameworks which goes through extensive testing with a cross-functional team. Finally embedded software development teams would prototype my proposed solutions.
In June 2022 I moved to Eskilstuna, Sweden and joined Volvo Construction equipment AB as a development engineer. I am currently working in this role in Driveline & Electromobility department under the supervision of Anders Fröeberg. My focus here is in developing Energy Storage Systems for electromobility solutions of construction machinery; which includes simulations, requirements analysis, BMS development, and data analytics.
I have 2 patents under filing with Indian Patent Office and several others under preparation, as well as 2 journal papers and several international conference papers out of my work in MEML and during my Masters-PhD.
