About
I received Ph.D. degree from the University of Madras, Chennai, India specializing on the synthesis, photophysical, and sensing behavior of organic fluorescent probes. After graduation, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) Berlin, Germany, focusing on the synthesis of fluorescent probes and their incorporation into several platforms for on-site sensing applications in water. My current research interests include development of fluorescent polymeric nanoparticles for targeted bio-imaging in cells and tissues.
