About
I am pursuing a Ph.D. from IIT(BHU) under the supervision of Dr.Pradip Paik. My research area is to understand molecular interactions between various biomacromolecules, such as siRNA, DNA, peptides, and lipids. I employ atomistic MD studies on these systems using the GROMACS engine to understand molecular interactions and free energy calculations.
