Aman Jain is a Practitioner Researcher in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management. He is presently a Research Scholar at Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur where his research is in the Learning Analytics domain. He has built a career to resonate with his passion in human resources and learning & development. A Learning & Development Professional with 14 years' experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, Change Management, Culture, Leadership Development, Experiential Learning & Academic Capacity Building. He currently leads the Learning & Development CoE at AB InBev Global Capability Centre. He is a certified Belbin Team Roles Practitioner, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis Practitioner and a DDI Facilitator. His research areas are Learning Sciences, eLearning, Learning Analytics, Gamification and has published the extensive research work in these areas. He continues to actively be involved in academics through FDPs and Guest Lectures at various B Schools & Universities.
