About
I have broad experience in the field of soft condensed matter, with a strong foundation in theoretical modeling and computational simulations. My research focuses on understanding the structural, dynamical, and thermodynamic properties of complex molecular systems using state-of-the-art molecular simulation tools such as Amber and GROMACS. Through these computational approaches, I have gained extensive experience in studying the behavior of biomolecular systems at the atomic level.
I am deeply interested in unraveling the fundamental mechanisms governing biological macromolecules, including DNA, RNA, and proteins. My work involves investigating their conformational dynamics, molecular interactions, stability, and functional properties to better understand the physical principles underlying biological processes. I am particularly fascinated by applying computational techniques to address challenging questions in structural biology, biophysics, and soft matter physics.
Driven by scientific curiosity, I continuously seek to integrate theoretical concepts with advanced simulation methodologies to solve complex biological problems. My long-term goal is to contribute to the development of computational strategies that provide deeper insights into biomolecular behavior and support advances in areas such as drug discovery, biomolecular engineering, and molecular biophysics.
