Rajaboopathi Mani
SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Aalto University, PRIST Deemed to be University
About
Rajaboopathi Mani research interests include synthesis and characterization of bulk and nanomaterials for optical applications. He has expertise on crystallizing organic molecular solids (co-crystals, salt and polymorphism) and inorganic solids with ionic charge impact. He uses various tools to probe the structure-property relationship of materials (Non-linear optical crystals, Terahertz (THz) materials and Lanthanide doped inorganic phosphors etc.,). His recent research focuses on Organic Mesocrystals for drug development. In this project, he intrigues non-classical crystallization at the molecular levels with cryo-microscopy.
