About
• I have been working in the field of plant identification, collection and chemo-profiling of medicinal plants for identification of elite chemotypes, extraction, physicochemical & phytochemical analysis, characterization of bio-active molecules and, development of scientifically validated herbal formulations.
• I am experienced in analytical instrumentation like High performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC), High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) and Liquid chromatography mass spectrophotometry (LC-MS/MS) for characterization of secondary metabolites in medicinal plants.
• Currently, I am handling HPLC (Waters, Empower software), LC-MS (Waters) and HPTLC (CAMAG, VisionCATS software).
