👋 Hi!! Myself Dr. Arpan Kumar Pan, Forensic Medicine Specialist & Medicolegal Consultant.
🎓 I completed my M.D. (Forensic Medicine) [🪙 Gold Medalist] from the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, JIPMER, Puducherry and M.B.B.S. from Bankura Sammilani Medical College and Hospital, Bankura, West Bengal under WBUHS. Completed PGD Medical Law and Ethics from India's Premier Law Institute National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru.
Presently working as Assistant Professor, Dept. of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Krishnanagar Institute of Medical Science, Krishnanagar, Nadia, West Bengal, India. Previously worked as Assistant Professor at MMIMSR, Mullana (Ambala), Haryana and Senior Resident at ANIIMS, Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair), A & N Islands, India.

Age estimation in referral cases and for sporting events. Sample collection for DNA examination for paternity/maternity testing. Issuing Medicolegal/Injury Reports in Emergency Medical Services. Teaching undergraduates is a bliss.
🥇🥈🥉🏆 Presented in various International/National/Zonal/State platforms and won best papers and posters. Also won national 📸 competition on drug abuse theme.
🔍🔬 Have special interest in Forensic Histopathology and Immunohistochemistry, having completed postgraduate dissertation on histopathological profile and immunohistochemical staining status in abrasions for wound aging which was supported by JIPMER Intramural Grant of Rs. 1,97,000/-.
