About
Dr. Biswajit Jena graduated from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in the year 2011 and obtained master’s degree from Siksha O Anusandhan (Deemed to be University) in Electronics and Instrumentation (VLSI & Embedded System) in 2015 and obtained his Ph. D from Siksha O Anusandhan (Deemed to be University) in 2019 in the area of Semiconductor Devices Modeling and Simulation.
He has worked as a Project Engineer in Vertex Automation System, Noida from 2011 to 2013. He has joined KL Deemed to be University (KLEF) as Assistant Professor in December 2018 in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, KLEF (Deemed to be University).
He has published more than 40 papers in various International Journals and Conferences proceedings and has authored 4 book chapters. He worked in Micro Electronics Research Group (MERG) in department of ECE, KLEF (Deemed to be University) from Dec-2018 to May-2022. Currently he is working in Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai campus in School of Electronics Engineering (SENSE).
