About
Hi, I'm Saikat Pramanik, completed my Ph.D. from IIT Bhubaneswar, India, and currently working as a scientist at the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology Pune. My research interests broadly span physical and biophysical processes, upper oceanic circulation with eddy dynamics, and interannual gravity waves. My past research focused on the investigation of surface and subsurface processes in the Bay of Bengal using a biophysical regional ocean modeling system (ROMS).
