Biplab Ghosh

About

I received my B.Sc. degree in physics from University of Calcutta and M.Sc. degree in physics from University of Kalyani. I successfully qualified the Joint CSIR-UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Lectureship-National Eligibility Test (NET) & the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). I joined S N Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Kolkata under the 5 year PhD research program. I was admitted to SNBNCBS after qualifying the all India JEST examination followed by an interview. I successfully completed the Post MSc. Course work followed by a project. Next I joined my actual research work in the 'Quantum Information Theory'. I received Ph. D. degree in physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. At present I am working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Physics, Vivekananda College for Women, Barisha, Kolkata-700008.
