About
I am an interdisciplinary scientist specializing in biomaterials-based therapeutics, biosensors, surface engineering, smart materials, and translational diagnostic systems for environmental and biomedical applications. My research focuses on the design and engineering of bio-inspired and nanomaterial-enabled platforms for targeted therapeutics and real-time diagnostics, including electrochemical, aptamer-based, protein-based, and lateral flow sensing technologies for complex biological and environmental samples.
I hold a Ph.D. in Materials Science and completed postdoctoral training in biomedical engineering, where my research encompassed self-powered sensing systems, controlled drug delivery, piezoelectric and thermoelectric materials, and wearable and implantable diagnostic devices.
I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School. My current research focuses on developing advanced biomaterials and therapeutic platforms for healthcare applications. My work combines biomaterials engineering, cell engineering, targeted therapeutics, and point-of-care diagnostics to enable scalable technologies healthcare.
Dedicated to translating fundamental materials science into practical diagnostic technologies, my research aims to drive advancements in precision medicine and public health. I have authored several peer-reviewed publications and actively collaborate across disciplines to bridge the gap between engineering, biomedicine, and clinical care.
