About

She was born in Siirt, Turkey in 1972. In 1994, She graduated from Trakya University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Technology. She started his professional life in the private sector as quality control and processing in the frozen fruit and vegetable sector. She also worked in the private sector for a short time as a production manager in the food industry. She completed his master's degree in 1997. In 2001, he started to work at Atatürk Horticultural Central Research Institute, Department of Food Technology. She completed his doctoral studies at Ege University in 2011. She worked on the processing-evaluation methods of fruit and vegetables (drying, juice etc.), food quality control, edible film coatings, antimicrobial activities of medicinal and aromatic plants, and phytochemicals. She has been involved as a lead and associate researcher in various research projects covering these topics. She has various national and international publications. She still continues his studies as Head of Food Technology Department at Atatürk Horticultural Central Research Institute.
