About
Ph.D.-trained composite materials scientist with 5+ years of experience in design, fabrication and characterization of lightweight, high-performance polymer composites for structural, automotive, and aerospace applications. Experienced in 3D printing of composites, biomimetic structures, and sustainable composite development for different engineering applications. Published 24 SCI/SCIE journal papers (11 as first author) and collaborated with leading institutions in India, Italy and Canada. I look forward to applying my expertise to advance lightweight, high-performance composite technologies in the aerospace and allied industries.
Currently, I am working as an IPDF at the Department of Applied Mechanics and Biomedical Engineering, IIT Madras. My research interest is the design and sustainable development of fibre-reinforced composites and sustainable bio-piezo sensors. I am also open to collaborative work in the field of high-performance composites, nano-composites; bio-polymer composite, nano cellulose material and bio-piezo materials and other bio-inspired materials.
