Dr. Mahesh Chand Singh, Scientist (SWCE), PAU Ludhiana, specializes in geospatial technologies, soil-water conservation, protected cultivation, micro-irrigation & RCTs. He completed 2 and is implementing 5 projects funded by DST, NRSC-ISRO & Punjab Govt. He organized an ICSSR-funded national seminar on AI in agriculture. With 80+ papers, 1 book, 4 chapters, 16 M.Tech., 3 Ph.D. guided, he holds awards incl. Univ. Gold Medal & Best Scientist. He is Life member of ISAE, SCSI.
