Vandana Nath is currently Professor in University School of Information, Communication & Technology(USIC&T), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, India. she received M.Sc.(Electronics) from GGDU, Bilaspur, M.Tech (ECE) from GGSIPU and Ph.D. in year 2005 from University of Delhi. She has authored or coauthored more than 50 research papers in international journals and various International/National conferences of repute. Her current research area includes analytical modeling, design, and simulation of non classical MOSFET & HEMT devices and antenna design. She is Member of IEEE and life member of Indian Society of Technical Education(ISTE) and Semiconductor Society of India (SSI).
