About
Dr. Aniruddha Pal is a Chemistry educator and researcher with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The University of Burdwan. He currently serves as a Chemistry Teacher at PM SHRI +2 High School, Taljhari, Jharkhand, where he teaches Classes XI and XII. His research focuses on dye–surfactant interactions, surfactant chemistry, micellar systems, biosurfactants, reverse micelle-based extraction, and environmental remediation. His doctoral research, “Studies on Dye–Surfactant Interaction and Their Applications,” explored the physicochemical interactions of dyes with different surfactants and their potential applications in wastewater treatment and dye removal. His research experience includes UV–Visible and fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, zeta-potential measurements, surface-tension studies, and scanning electron microscopy. His broader interests include environmental chemistry, surface and interfacial chemistry, and innovative approaches to Chemistry education.
