About
I am currently working as an Assistant Professor (Research) at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal. Prior to this, I worked as a National Postdoctoral Fellow (ANRF-NPDF) at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), where his research focused on advanced thermal energy storage technologies and sustainable energy systems. I have also served as an Assistant Editor at Wiley, where I contributed to several leading international journals.
I completed my Ph.D. in Thermal Engineering (Thermal Fluids) from the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi), India, and my M.Tech in Hydro Power Engineering from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal (NIT Bhopal), India.
My research interests include latent heat thermal energy storage, phase change materials (PCM), solar thermal energy systems, and thermal management of buildings. I have worked extensively on solar thermal energy storage systems integrated with PCM for space heating applications, involving both experimental investigations and numerical simulations using tools such as ANSYS Fluent, CFX, DesignModeler, and CFD-Post.
