Dipankar Borah (born in 11.10.1994) did his Bachelors from Biswanath College, Masters from Department of Botany, Rajiv Gandhi University and Ph.D. from the same. He is interested in native and endemic vascular flora of Northeast India. He hails from Monabarie T.E., one of the largest tea plantations in India.
