About
Dr. Mohammad Arshad, has been awarded the Ph.D degree in January 2014 on the thesis entitled “Novel heterocyclic compounds as potential therapeutic agents: Synthesis and Characterization” from Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia (RANKED NO.1 UNIVERSITY IN INDIA), New Delhi, India. Dr. Arshad has been actively participated in research activities and presented his work in various National/ International seminars and conferences. Dr. Arshad has been worked as Junior Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, and Research Associate on some projects Granted by the University Grant Commission, Govt of India, and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, Govt of India. Dr. Arshad has acted as Principal Investigator and Supervisor on some projects granted by Shaqra University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently, Dr. Arshad is working as Faculty at Shaqra University, KSA, and also engaged in research activities on some projects aiming at the designing of new antimicrobial therapeutic agents. Dr. Arshad has more than five years postdoctoral experience of teaching as well as research and published more than 40 research articles in some reputed journals and serving as advisory board member and reviewers also. Dr. Mohammad Arshad is the active member of some reputed Research Societies (Royal Society of Chemistry, American Chemical Society, Saudi Arabian Chapter of Chemistry-American Chemical Society, India Science Congress Association etc.).
