About
I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Pure & Applied Physics at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (C.G.), India. I am a passionate researcher in the field of multidisciplinary materials science, with a focused interest in exploring and understanding the complex interplay between structure, magnetism, and functionality in advanced materials. My primary research areas include multiferroic nanostructures, spinel ferrites, and binary/ternary composite systems, all of which offer promising pathways toward the development of next-generation multifunctional devices. My work is rooted in the belief that strategic manipulation at the atomic and nano scale can lead to breakthroughs in materials performance, particularly for emerging energy-related and spintronics technologies.
Currently, I am engaged in the controlled synthesis of oxide-based polycrystalline materials and nanostructures. These systems are carefully engineered through doping and other modification techniques to tailor their structural, magnetic, electrical and spectroscopic properties. The core objective of my research is to understand how such modifications influence the intrinsic material behavior, and how these changes can be harnessed to enhance electrochemical performance.
A significant part of my research is dedicated to evaluating the potential of these tailored materials in electrochemical applications, particularly in areas such as the Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER), Hydrogen Evolution Reaction (HER), and energy storage systems like supercapacitors. These applications are at the forefront of sustainable energy research, and my work aims to contribute to the development of high-performance, low-cost, and environmentally friendly electrode materials. By integrating fundamental science with practical functionality, I aim to bridge the gap between material design and real-world applications.
Through a combination of synthesis, characterization, and performance analysis, my research continues to evolve in response to global scientific challenges in energy conversion and storage. I am driven by a strong commitment to innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration in advancing the frontier of materials science.
