My expertise includes biochemical analysis, bioinformatics, computational biology, and data mining. I specialize in developing high-throughput pipelines for omics data analysis using Python, R, C++, and Java, and deploying them on cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud. My research spans population genomics, genome assembly, genetic mapping, and trait dissection.
Focused on enhancing crop nutrition, stress tolerance, and climate resilience, I study crop-environment interactions and disease resistance while building computational tools to accelerate breeding outcomes.
