About
Dr. Deepak Kumar Sharma received his PhD from UPES Dehradun in the area of blockchain and a master's degree (M.Tech.) in computer science and engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India, in 2013. He has over 12 years of academic experience. He has worked as an assistant professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at UV Patel College of Engineering, Ganpat University, Mehsana, and at UPES Dehradun. He is currently working as an assistant professor in the School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar. He has published several research papers in reputed journals and conferences. He is a certified Python professional by Infosys Ltd. in 2016, and his research interests lie in blockchain, information, and web security. He has trained and certified more than 700 students (internships during summer breaks over 3-4 years) in Python. He has conducted various workshops on Python, blockchain, Java programming, Linux, etc. for teachers and students at national levels.
