Dr. Manasi Sinha (Ph.D, JNU) is an academic, writer, author and singer. She teaches International Politics at the Easwari School of Liberal Arts, SRM University, AP. Her research interests include Global Politics & IR, Culture, Politics and Society in Europe, and Gender and Politics of Violence, Gender-mainstreaming in India and EU, Storytelling, Defiance and Post-Colonial Identity. An alumna of Cotton College, Guwahati University and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), she completed her PhD from the latter focusing on Gender-mainstreaming policies in the European Union. She has held IBIES Erasmus Mundas Fellowship at the University of Warsaw for contributing to higher education research in Indo-European studies (2014). Her academic work and opinion-based articles have been regularly published in Cafe Dissensus, EuropeNow, Modern Diplomacy, South Asia Network, Peer Reviewed Journals and books across National and International Platforms.
