About

Dr Kumar is an international business consultant offering workshops on Navigating Cross Cultural Boundaries, Managing Strategic Partnerships, and International Negotiations. Prior to this Dr Kumar was in academia, where he taught at the intersection of Culture, Strategy, and Global Business. Originally from India, he has lived and worked in eight different countries. Dr Kumar's research interests lie in strategic partnerships, international negotiations, and understanding the dynamics of cultural adaptation. He has published in journals such as Organisation Science, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organizational Psychology Review, and California Management Review among others. He continues to be research active and is working on a book on cultural adaptation.
