Dr. Kamaldeep is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Maharshi Dayanand University, located in Rohtak, Haryana, India. With a dedicated tenure that began in 2012, he has accumulated experience in teaching and research. He earned his B.Tech in 2009, an M.Tech in 2011, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering in 2017 from Maharshi Dayanand University. In his 12 years of teaching and research career, he has actively engaged with undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students. He is proficient in guiding M.Tech and PhD candidates and has demonstrated his commitment to academic mentorship by successfully guiding over 50 B.Tech and M.Tech students in their dissertations and projects. Three PhD students successfully submitted their thesis under his guidance. His research interests include image steganography, information security, neural networks, machine learning, and deep learning. Dr. Kamaldeep's scholarly output is substantial, with an authorship of over 50 articles published in reputable journals and conferences. These contributions are recognized by reputed databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and SCI, showcasing the impact and relevance of his research in the academic community. He has delivered expert talks and served as a session chair at national and international conferences. Dr. Kamaldeep actively participates in national and international conferences, contributing valuable insights to proceedings and book chapters.
He has written one textbook entitled “Programming for Problem-solving using C” with BPB, an international publisher. He has completed two minor research projects and has been granted one Indian patent. His dedication is evident in his membership in various international societies, solidifying his standing in the global research community.
