About

Dr. Kishor Purushottam Kolhe presently working as a Professor at Adama Science and Technology University, Adama . He worked as Professor of Manufacturing/ Agricultural Mechanization, Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He has worked as a Professor it the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s, Imperial College of Engineering and Research, Wagholi Pune, Pune University, Maharashtra State India. He has completed his Bachelors in Production Engineering, Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. from Delhi University. His areas of research are Casting, Advance Welding Technology, Metal forming, Basic Agricultural Engineering etc. He has published more than 200 research papers in various National/ International journals and one book. He has guided nearly 50 UG student, 40 PG students and presently guiding Nine PhD students. He has two Patents. He is working as a PG Coordinator, NAC/NBA Coordinator, CEO for the Institute. He has also worked as Principal, Head, Workshop superintendent, and Chairman of various committees. He has reviewed research papers in national and international conferences and journals. He is a member of IIE, IIW, ISAE etc. He has organized several conferences, workshops, seminars, Degree connovocation program and short term training programmes etc. He had been invited as chair of National and International conferences. he has received many prestigious awards like; Indira Priyadarsahni National Gold Medal Award, From GEPRA, New Delhi etc. He was nominated for many awards by his university like Best National Scientist award, Lal Bahadhour Shari award from Ministry of Agriculture Government of India etc
