About

Pratiksha Sarma earned her PhD in December 2022 from the Department of Electronics and Communication Technology at Gauhati University, Assam, India, focusing on the design and implementation of a fiber optic sensor for viscosity measurement. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at Gauhati University in 2011 and her Master of Technology in Electronics and Communication Technology from the same university in 2013. Currently, she is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at IITG TIDF, working on the design and development of technologies for underwater exploration.
