Dr. Patita Paban Mohanty is an academic and researcher with 22 years of experience in university education, research, training, and consultancy. He holds a doctorate from Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Odisha, India. An Indian professor with a diverse portfolio of research publications in both national and international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and other prominent databases. Currently, I am working as a professor at the Siksha O Anusandhan University, teaching food and beverage management, culinary and cuisine tourism, and sustainability.
