I'm highly motivated and skilled MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) professional with a passion for sports physiotherapy. With a strong academic background and diverse practical experience, I am dedicated to contributing to the upliftment and success of a reputed organization. Expertise in various settings, including working as a Physiotherapist in the National Athletes Championship 2022 and the Kanpur Women Cricket League (KWCL) 2023 held at Green Park.

During my internship at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, I gained valuable practical experience and honed my clinical skills. I had also actively participated in numerous workshops and conferences, such as the Workshop on 3D Gait Analysis, Myofascial Release Technique (MFR), Therapeutic Taping Techniques, and more. These experiences have allowed her to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field and expand her knowledge base. My educational journey has provided me with a solid foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices.

I have a keen interest in research and accustomed to been involved in several research projects. My research work includes investigating the effect of physiotherapy intervention in improving reaction time among recreational badminton players, as well as exploring awareness and knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction and rehabilitation among physiotherapy students. I had presented my findings at various national and international conferences, including Femcon-3 and Physio Guide-2.

Apart from my professional pursuits, I am also a badminton player and has participated in the single women's district level tournament at Green Park Kanpur in 2014. Currently,I am involved in ongoing projects related to the development of an exercise protocol to decrease reaction time. Additionally, I am exploring the association of social networking and smartphone addiction with sleep quality and physical activity among allied health students.

With my strong work ethic, clinical expertise, research acumen, and dedication to professional growth, I am well-equipped to make a significant impact in the field of sports physiotherapy and seeks to contribute my skills and knowledge to an organization that values my expertise and provides opportunities for my career advancement.
