About
Dr. Piyush Kumar Gupta is an Assistant Professor (Grade–I) in the Department of Biotechnology at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad. His research focuses on biomaterials, pharmaceutical nanotechnology, and nanotoxicology, with an emphasis on translational and sustainable innovations. He has published over 100 SCIE/Scopus-indexed articles, along with 2 books and 10 book chapters, and holds multiple patents, including technologies transferred to industry. Dr. Gupta has been recognized among the Top 2% World Scientists (Stanford/Scopus) and is a recipient of several prestigious awards. He is a Fellow of the Linnean Society of London and a member of leading international and national scientific societies. He also serves on the editorial boards of reputed journals and actively contributes as a reviewer and academic organizer.
